Quad-Lock is an engineered system - designed by builders for builders. Approved by the International Code Council and many other code agencies, and tested by Intertek Testing Services Warnock Hersey, the internationally recognized testing agency.
Safe, Fire Rated
Quad-Lock Panels are manufactured from high density, biologically safe, fire retardant expanded polystyrene. The Quad-Lock Building System will not support combustion. The fire resistance of a finished Quad-Lock wall with 8" concrete thickness is 4 hours per UL tests.
Super Insulating
With Quad-Lock you can now build walls up to a true R-Value of 40, so we are the champion of North America in R-Value! The Quad-Lock Building System can save as much as 80% on heating & cooling costs - savings every month! The thermal mass of the concrete combined with the EPS insulation keeps you warm when it's cold outside and keeps you cool when it's hot outside.
